Steps to Clear Event Viewer Logs Using the EM Module
1. Access the Endpoint Management (EM) Module
Navigate to Endpoint Management from the Saner CVEM dashboard.
Go to Action > TuneUp.
2. Confirm the Target Device
Ensure that the target device(s) from which you want to clear the Event Viewer logs are listed and properly connected.
3. Create the Task to Clear Logs
Under the TuneUp section:
Select "System Cleanup" as the sub-task.
Choose "Clear Event Logs" as the action.
Enter a suitable Response Name and Description for tracking.
Select the target device(s).
Click Create to schedule the response.
4. Verify Task Execution
Navigate to the Task Status page.
Ensure the task displays a "Success" status for the selected device(s).
5. Confirm Log Clearance
Access the Event Viewer on the target device.
Verify that the unwanted logs have been cleared as expected.
