This article explains the steps to identify devices that were deleted or had their agents uninstalled from the Saner CVEM console.
Steps to View Deleted Devices or Uninstalled Agents:
Navigate to the 'All Devices' Page
Log in to the Saner CVEM Console.
From the left-hand navigation menu, click on "All Devices".
Access Audit Logs
On the left side panel, locate and click on "Audit Logs".
Apply Filters to Narrow Down the Results
Click the Filter icon at the top-right corner of the Audit Logs page.
Set Filter Parameters
Organization / Account / Users: Select the relevant organization and user account if applicable.
Tool: Choose "Account and Device Management".
Actions: Select "Remove Device".
Date Range: Specify the date range based on when the device deletion or agent uninstallation occurred.
Show Recent Actions: Enable this option to see the most recent device-related actions.
Apply the Filter
Click on the "Apply Filter" button to generate the result.
Result
Once the filters are applied, the console will display a list of:
Devices that have been deleted from the platform.
Devices where the agent has been uninstalled.
