Identifying Endpoints with Uptime Exceeding 7 Days

Overview

The Endpoint Management module in Saner CVEM provides predefined checks to monitor system health and stability. One of the available checks is System Uptime – More Than 7 Days, which allows you to quickly identify systems that have been continuously running for over 7 days without a reboot.

Steps to Retrieve Systems with Uptime > 7 Days

  1. Navigate to the Endpoint Management module in the Saner CVEM console.

  2. Go to Checks.

  3. Locate and select the option System Uptime – More Than 7 Days.

  4. Choose the desired scope (organization, site, or group level).

  5. (Optional) Apply group filters if you want to narrow down the results.

  6. Click Submit to generate the report.

Result

The report will display all systems that have been running for more than 7 days. This information can help in:

  • Identifying endpoints that may require a reboot to apply patches or updates.

  • Ensuring optimal system performance and stability.

  • Maintaining compliance with organizational policies on uptime.
