Report Backup – Assign to Other Account

Objective:


We often need to create a report backup and assign it to another account for review, collaboration, or access control purposes. This guide outlines the steps to configure a report backup and assign it to a different account within the platform.



Steps to Configure Backup Settings for Reports


To configure backup settings for reports:

  • Click the Reports option on the left pane.

  • Click Create New Report > Search for the report > for ex: All Devices

  • Select the Save icon beside the All Devices on the top right

  • The Report Settings  pop-up will be displayed.



Now let's go to the account that we assigned to 


The account has been successfully assigned to the account



What You Can Do in Report Settings:


In the Report Settings pop-up, you can:

  • Assign the report to another account

  • Configure backup preferences

  • Set email alerts and access controls
