Overview
Saner CVEM allows you to create custom reports and schedule automated backups for them. This guide walks you through the process of creating a report and scheduling its backup delivery.
Procedure
1. Create and Save a Report
Navigate to the Reports dashboard in Saner CVEM.
Use the drag-and-drop method to design your desired report.
Click Save to proceed.
2. Configure Report Backup
In the Save Report dialog box:
Report Name: Enter a descriptive name for the report.
Enable Backups: Toggle the backup option to ON.
Backup Settings:
Recipient Emails: Enter one or more email addresses that should receive the backup.
Backup Time: Specify the backup time in 24-hour format (e.g.,
4
for 4:00 AM).Assign to Other Organizations (Optional): If applicable, select additional organizations and associated accounts that should have access to this report.
Click Save to finalize the setup.
Notes
Ensure the email addresses provided are valid to avoid delivery failures.
The scheduled backup will be sent automatically at the specified time.
Reports can be edited later to update backup recipients or timing.
