Overview:
This article guides you on how to monitor the CPU usage, memory load, disk availability, and network activity of your endpoints using the System Health feature within the Endpoint Management (EM) module in the Saner Console.
When to Use This
Use the System Health dashboard if you want to:
Monitor real-time performance of devices in your network
Identify devices consuming excessive resources
Troubleshoot systems that are slow or unresponsive
Proactively detect and prevent performance bottlenecks
Steps to View System Health Metrics
1. Log in to the Saner Console
Access the Saner Console using your admin credentials.
2. Go to the Endpoint Management (EM) Module
From the left navigation panel, click on the EM module.
3. Click on "Click: and select the “System Health”
Under the EM module, select the System Health tab. This opens a dashboard displaying live metrics for all managed devices.
4. Review the Live Metrics
You will now see live system data for each device:
CPU Usage – Real-time CPU load.
Memory Usage – RAM utilization.
Disk Usage – Available and used storage space.
Network Load – Inbound and outbound traffic.
Tip: Use filters or search by device name to quickly locate the system you're interested in.
Here the brief overview of health metrices:
Metric | Insight Provided |
---|---|
CPU Usage | Identify high CPU consumption |
Memory Load | Detect devices nearing RAM exhaustion |
Disk Usage | Check if disk space is running low |
Network Load | Monitor traffic to detect potential spikes |
Conclusion:
Monitoring system health is essential for maintaining optimal performance across your organization’s endpoints. The System Health view in the Saner Console’s EM module provides real-time visibility into key metrics like CPU usage, memory load, disk availability, and network activity — enabling you to detect performance issues early and take corrective action quickly.
By regularly reviewing these metrics, you can ensure your devices remain healthy, responsive, and secure.
