Steps to Clear Event Viewer Logs Using the EM Module

  1. Confirm the Target Device

    • Ensure the device associated with the Event Viewer logs is listed.

  2. Access the Endpoint Management (EM) Module

    • Navigate to EM (Endpoint Management) > Action > TuneUp.

  3. Create the Task to Clear Logs

    • Choose "System Cleanup" as the sub-task.

    • Select "Clear Event Logs" as the action.

    • Provide the Response Name and Response Description.

    • Select the target device(s) and proceed to create the response.

  4. Verify Task Execution

    • Check the task status to ensure it displays as successful.

  5. Confirm Log Clearance

    • Reopen Event Viewer on the target device.

    • Verify that the logs have been successfully cleared.
