Steps to Clear Event Viewer Logs Using the EM Module
Confirm the Target Device
Ensure the device associated with the Event Viewer logs is listed.
Access the Endpoint Management (EM) Module
Navigate to EM (Endpoint Management) > Action > TuneUp.
Create the Task to Clear Logs
Choose "System Cleanup" as the sub-task.
Select "Clear Event Logs" as the action.
Provide the Response Name and Response Description.
Select the target device(s) and proceed to create the response.
Verify Task Execution
Check the task status to ensure it displays as successful.
Confirm Log Clearance
Reopen Event Viewer on the target device.
Verify that the logs have been successfully cleared.
