Q. How can I collect and download agent logs for a device in Saner CVEM?
Follow these steps:
Log in to the Saner CVEM Console.
Navigate to the Managed Devices section and click on All Devices from the left panel.
From the list of devices, identify the device for which you want to download logs.
In the Agent Details column, click on the three-dot menu (⋮) for the required device.
Select "Debug Log" option
In the Agent Debug Log window:
Ensure the required log types are selected (e.g., Scan Info, Tools Info, Agent Diagnostics, etc.).
Click the "Collect Logs" button.
Once the logs are collected, a Download button will appear.
Click on the Download button to save the log file locally.
