Modified on Sun, 16 Mar at 11:50 AM

Overview

In SanerNow, you have the flexibility to manage agent upgrades by either disabling or enabling automatic updates for specific device groups or entire accounts. This feature is beneficial for organizations that want to maintain control over agent updates and ensure compatibility with certain devices or environments.

  • Automatic: Agent upgrades are triggered automatically for all active devices in the selected device group whenever a new agent version is released. This ensures all devices are always running the latest version without manual intervention.
  • Disable: Automatic upgrades are turned off for the selected device group, even if a new agent version is available. This can be useful for testing or environments that require manual control over updates.

This feature is applicable for both On-Cloud and On-Premise Deployments.
