Overview:
You can control the Agent auto upgrade at Account level by selecting Automatic\Disable option under Agent configuration.
*Automatic - Agent Upgrade will be triggered automatically for all the Active devices in the respective device group of the Account when there is a new agent version release.
*Disable - Agent Upgrade will not be triggered for the respective device group in the Account though the new agent version released.
Applicable platform:
On-Cloud and On-Premise Deployment
Steps to Disable agent auto upgrade for the device group in the account:
- Login to SanerNow via any browser using admin\respective organization user login id.
- Click on the ‘Control panel’ in the right top corner.
- Select ‘Account’ on the left-hand side dropdown.
- Click on Agent Configuration.
- Click on Create settings.
6. Click on the Upgrade and select “Disable”.
7. Provide Settings Name, Settings Descriptions, and Select Group (which device group, need to disable auto upgrade).
8. Click the Create Button.
