How to reset the password for the respective user from the SanerNow console

Overview:

Administrators can reset the password for a Saner user from the Super Admin, Organization Admin, or Account Admin login.

Note:

  • Super Admin can reset passwords for users across all organizations and accounts.
  • Organization Admin can reset passwords for users under all accounts within their respective organization.
  • Account Admin can reset passwords only for users within their respective account.
  • To reset the Super Admin password, contact the SecPod Support Team at [email protected] using the respective Admin or Account Owner email ID.

  • On-Cloud Deployment
  • On-Premise Deployment

 

Steps to Reset a User Password:

  1. Login to SanerNow via any browser using your Super Admin, Organization Admin, or Account Admin credentials.
  2. Click on the Control Panel in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Organization from the left-hand dropdown menu.
  4. Click on Users.
  5. Locate the user whose password you want to reset and click the Edit button.

  1. Enable the Reset Password option.
  2. Enter your own Super Admin, Organization Admin, or Account Admin password for verification.

  1. Click Update and share the new password securely with the respective user
