Overview:
Administrators can reset the password for a Saner user from the Super Admin, Organization Admin, or Account Admin login.
Note:
- Super Admin can reset passwords for users across all organizations and accounts.
- Organization Admin can reset passwords for users under all accounts within their respective organization.
- Account Admin can reset passwords only for users within their respective account.
- To reset the Super Admin password, contact the SecPod Support Team at [email protected] using the respective Admin or Account Owner email ID.

Steps to Reset a User Password:
- Login to SanerNow via any browser using your Super Admin, Organization Admin, or Account Admin credentials.
- Click on the Control Panel in the top-right corner.
- Select Organization from the left-hand dropdown menu.
- Click on Users.
- Locate the user whose password you want to reset and click the Edit button.
- Enable the Reset Password option.
- Enter your own Super Admin, Organization Admin, or Account Admin password for verification.
- Once verified, enter and confirm the new password.
- Click Update and share the new password securely with the respective user
