Overview:
For security or safe login purposes, users may occasionally want to change their current SanerNow login ID password.
There are two ways to accomplish this.
1. Passwords can be changed by the user themselves by logging into saner.secpod.com
2. The users can also get in touch with their Super Admin to change their password.
Type of Deployment:
On-Cloud and On-Premise/In-House
1. Passwords can be changed by the user themselves by logging into saner.secpod.com
Find the steps to reset the password from the SanerNow console.
1. log in to saner.secpod.com and use the existing login id and password.
2. Once it's done on the Top right corner click on the 'User icon' so that it will show the user information panel.
3. Under this panel click on the 'Key icon' of the 'Reset password' option.
4. In the Next step it will ask for the details of the old password (Already logged in password) and New password details to reset the existing password.
5. Once the details are entered you will get a 'Password changed successfully' popup.
6. Now please retry the login with the updated New password on saner.secpod.com to access the portal.
2. The users can also get in touch with their Super Admin to change their password.
Find the steps to reset the password from the Super Admin login from the SanerNow console.
To reset passwords for Organization Admin, Account Admin, and Normal users.
1. Control panel> Users> Click on the Edit icon of the user's Action table
2. Enable the Reset password option and enter the Super admin login ID password and Click on the 'Verify' button once it is done it will prompt you to enter the new password for that user and enter it and click on the 'Update' option.
Note: The new password must contain at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
