Steps to Block a Domain

  1. Log in to the Saner CVEM platform.

  2. Select your account.

  3. Navigate to EM → Actions → Network.

     

  4. In the Create Response panel and select the action Domain Block.

  5. Enter the domain name to be blocked (e.g., www.yahoo.com).

  6. Provide a response name and description for easy identification.

  7. Select the target devices where the domain block should be applied.

  8. Click Create Response to complete the action.


Verification

  1. Navigate to Action Status to check the execution progress.

  2. To confirm the block, open a browser on the target device and attempt to access the domain.

    • The browser should display a message indicating the site “can’t be reached.”
