Modified on Tue, 13 May at 12:49 AM

Saner CVEM follows a defined SLA (Service Level Agreement) for publishing and making patches available based on the severity of the vulnerability. The timelines are as follows:

Vulnerability SeverityPatch Availability SLA
Zero DayWithin 24 hours
CriticalWithin 24–48 hours
HighWithin 48–72 hours
MediumWithin 3–5 business days
LowWithin 7 business days

These timelines represent our general commitment. Actual delivery may vary in rare cases depending on vendor release delays or exceptional patch complexity.
