How can I set a password to prevent unauthorized uninstallation of the agent?

Answer:
To enable password protection and prevent unauthorized users from uninstalling the agent, please follow these steps: 

Step 1: Open the Control Panel

Click on the Settings icon to navigate to the Control Panel.
Step 2: Select the Organization and Account

On the left-hand menu, click your Organization Name, then select the Account you want to configure.
Step 3: Edit Account Settings

Under the Action tab for the selected account, click the Edit icon.


Step 4: Enable Password Protection

In the edit window, enable the "Password Protect Agent" option and click Update to apply the changes.



Once this setting is enabled, any attempt to uninstall the agent will prompt the user to enter the configured uninstallation password, ensuring that only authorized personnel can proceed with the removal.
