Overview
This document provides step-by-step guidance on uninstalling applications from managed devices using the Saner CVEM Endpoint Management (EM) module.
Note: The application must support silent uninstallation for this process to work successfully. Please verify this capability by checking the vendor’s documentation or official website.

Steps to Uninstall the Applications
Step 1: Navigate to Software Deployment
Login to Saner CVEM Console and go to the Endpoint Management (EM) module.
Click on the Actions tab.
Select Software Deployment.
Step 2: Create an Uninstallation Task
In the Software Deployment section, choose the Uninstall option.
Select the application(s) you want to uninstall.
Provide the following details in the Create Uninstallation Task window:
Task Name – Enter a unique name for the uninstallation task.
Schedule – Choose when the task should run.
End Time – Specify the time to stop the task.
Reboot Schedule – Select whether to reboot after uninstallation.
Force Uninstallation – Enable if you want to force uninstall even if the application is running.
Click on Create Uninstallation Task to confirm.
Step 3: Track Task Status
The uninstallation task will be triggered on the selected devices.
Progress and completion can be tracked under the Action Status tab.
Additional Notes
Ensure that the application supports silent uninstallation parameters; otherwise, the process may fail.
For large-scale uninstallation, it is recommended to test on a small group of devices before organization-wide deployment.
Devices must be online and have the Saner CVEM agent installed to successfully receive the uninstallation task.
