Steps to Delete Inactive Devices for the Last 30 Days

Solution:

Follow the steps below to delete inactive devices for the last 30 days:

Step 1: Access the Device Management Console

  1. Log in to the SanerNow portal or console.
  2. Navigate to the All Devices section.

Step 2: Select Devices

  1. From the list of devices, select All Devices.

Step 3: Initiate Device Deletion

  1. Click on the Delete Device option.
  2. From the dropdown, select Delete Inactive Device.

Step 4: Configure Inactivity Duration

  1. Edit the filter criteria for inactive devices:
    • Set the duration for inactivity as 30 days.

Step 5: Apply Policy

  1. Tick the checkbox for Apply as Policy to ensure this action aligns with the organization's standard policy.

Step 6: Confirm and Delete Devices

  1. Click Delete Inactive Devices to finalize the action.
  2. Review the list of devices to be deleted and confirm the operation.
