Solution

Follow the steps below to delete inactive devices for the last 30 days:

Step 1: Access the Device Management Console

  • Log in to the Saner CVEM portal/console.

  • Navigate to the All-Devicesl Devices section.

Step 2: Select Devices

  • From the device list, choose All Devices to view all endpoints managed under your account.

Step 3: Initiate Device Deletion

  • Click on the Delete Device option.

  • From the dropdown menu, select Delete Inactive Device.

Step 4: Configure Inactivity Duration

  • Edit the filter criteria for inactive devices.

  • Set the duration for inactivity to 30 days.

Step 5: Apply Policy

  • Select the checkbox Apply as Policy.

  • This ensures that device deletion aligns with the organization’s standard compliance policies and can be automated if needed.

Step 6: Confirm and Delete Devices

  • Click on Delete Inactive Devices.

  • Review the list of devices that match the criteria.

  • Confirm the deletion to complete the process.
