How to disable MFA for users from admin login

Overview:

You can disable the MFA for the Saner user from Admin login.


Note:

Super Admin can disable MFA for users under all organization and accounts. 

Org Admin can disable MFA for only users under all accounts of the respective Organization.

Account Admin can disable MFA for only users under the respective account.

 

To disable Super Admin MFA, please write to SecPod Support Team (support@secpod.com) from respective Admin mail ID\account Owner mail ID.

On-Cloud and On-Premise Deployment


Steps to reset the password for the user:

  1. Login to saner CVEM via any browser using admin\respective organization user login id.
  2. Click on the ‘Control panel’ in the right top corner.
  3. Select ‘Organization’ on the left-hand side dropdown.
  4. Click on ‘Users’.
  5. Click on the ‘Lock’ button which user you want to disable the MFA.

  1. Click on ‘Withdraw’ and confirm with the respective user.
