Overview
Administrators can reset the password for a Saner CVEM user through the Super Admin, Organization Admin, or Account Admin login. This functionality ensures secure access management and helps administrators quickly assist users in regaining access when needed.
Notes
Super Admin can reset passwords for users across all organizations and accounts.
Organization Admin can reset passwords for users under all accounts within their respective organization.
Account Admin can reset passwords only for users within their respective account.
To reset the Super Admin password, please contact the SecPod Support Team at support@secpod.com using the registered Admin or Account Owner email ID.

Steps to Reset a User Password
Step 1: Log in
Access the Saner CVEM console via any supported web browser.
Log in using Super Admin, Organization Admin, or Account Admin credentials.
Step 2: Open Control Panel
Click on the Control Panel located at the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Step 3: Navigate to Users Section
From the left-hand dropdown menu, select Organization.
Click on Users to view the list of registered users.
Step 4: Select the User
Locate the user whose password you want to reset.
Click the Edit button next to their profile.
Step 5: Reset Password
Enable the Reset Password option.
Enter your own Admin password (Super Admin, Organization Admin, or Account Admin) for verification.
Once verified, enter and confirm the new password for the selected user.
Step 6: Save Changes
Click Update to finalize the changes.
Share the new password securely with the respective user.
