How can I import a Scan Policy from another Account or Organization?

Yes, you can import scan policies from:

  • Other Accounts within the same Organization.

  • Accounts belonging to different Organizations.

This helps save time by reusing preconfigured policies instead of setting them up from scratch.

Steps to Import a Policy:

  1. Navigate to the Designate and Manage Network Scanners page.

  2. Click the Scan Policy button.

  3. Select the Import Policy option.

  4. Choose the Organization and the relevant Account that has the policy you want to import.

    • Note: You can import only one policy at a time, even if the selected Account contains multiple policies.

  5. Click Import. The selected policy will now be available in the current Account and will be listed on the Scan Policy screen.
