Overview
This guide provides step-by-step instructions to import a benchmark from one account to another within the Compliance Management module. This functionality allows administrators to efficiently reuse and standardize benchmark configurations across different accounts.
Steps to Import a Benchmark
1. Access Compliance Management
Navigate to the Compliance Management module from the main dashboard.
2. Open the Benchmarks Section
Click on the Benchmarks icon within the Compliance Management module.
3. Initiate the Import Process
Click on the Import button located at the top-right corner of the Benchmarks section.
4. Fill in the Import Details
Provide the required details in the Import dialog box:
Source Organization – Select the organization from which the benchmark will be imported.
Source Account – Choose the account containing the benchmark.
Source Profile – Select the specific benchmark profile you want to import.
Target Accounts – Specify the organization, account, and group details where the benchmark should be imported.
5. Import the Benchmark
Click on the Import button to start the process.
A pop-up confirmation message will appear once the import is successful.
6. Verify the Import
After successful import, the new benchmark will appear in the Benchmarks List.
Important Notes
Ensure you have proper access rights to both the source and target accounts before initiating the import.
If the import process fails, review the error message displayed on-screen for troubleshooting.
