Overview:
This guide explains how to import a benchmark from one account to another within the Compliance Management module.
Steps to Import a Benchmark
- Access Compliance Management
- Navigate to the Compliance Management module from the main dashboard.
- Open the Benchmarks Section
- Click on the Benchmarks icon within the Compliance Management module.
- Initiate the Import Process
- Click on the Import button located at the top right of the Benchmarks section.
- Fill in the Import Details
- Source Organization: Select the organization from where the benchmark will be imported.
- Source Account: Choose the account containing the desired benchmark.
- Source Profile: Select the specific benchmark profile you want to import.
- Target Accounts: Specify the organization, account, and group details to which the benchmark should be imported.
- Import the Benchmark
- Click on the Import button to initiate the import process.
- A pop-up message will confirm successful import on the same page.
- Verify the Import
- After successful import, the new benchmark will appear in the Benchmarks List.
Important Notes:
- Ensure you have proper access rights to both the source and target accounts.
- If the process fails, review the error message for troubleshooting.
By following these steps, you can seamlessly transfer benchmarks between accounts.
