How to check if BitLocker is disabled on devices (Protection OFF)?

Modified on Fri, 1 Aug at 12:53 AM

BitLocker Drive Encryption is a data protection feature that helps safeguard data against theft or exposure from lost or improperly decommissioned computers. Systems where BitLocker protection is turned off are flagged as posture anomalies.

To check this:

  • Go to PA > All Anomalies

  • Search for PA-2022-1038BitLocker is disabled

This report is part of Saner CVEM and highlights devices where BitLocker status is set to PROTECTION OFF. You can view affected devices, drive letters (like C:), and associated groups/families from the anomaly dashboard.
