The system collects detailed logs of activities and errors via the Windows Event Log. The System Events Report presents this data in a structured format to help IT teams quickly spot and address issues.
How to Access This Report
To view system events for Windows devices:
Navigate to:
EM → Checks → System Events - Windows
This will list all relevant Windows system logs collected from connected devices.
This report includes:
Event ID – Unique identifier of the system event
Computer – Name of the device where the event occurred
MessageString – Summary of the event (e.g. Windows update failed)
LevelString – Severity of the event (e.g. Error)
TaskString / OpcodeString / ChannelString – Additional context
ProviderString – Source reporting the event (e.g. Windows Update Agent)
Hosts / Device Names – Details for device-level traceability
