How do I reset a user's password in the Saner platform?

You can reset a user's password from the Admin login interface. The ability to reset passwords depends on the level of administrative access:

  • Admin: Can reset passwords for users across all organizations and accounts.

  • Org Admin: Can reset passwords for users within all accounts of their respective organization.

  • Account Admin: Can reset passwords for users within their respective account only.
