How to restart the devices from EM Module

Overview:

This document provides guidance to restart the devices from the SanerNow Endpoint Management module.

Applicable Platform: 

On-Cloud Deployment and On-premises Deployment

Steps to Create restart task for the devices from EM Module: (Refer to the attached screenshot for guidance)

1. Click on EM -> Actions -> System.
2. Create a response with the action "Reboot".
3. Select the device group or devices you want to restart.
4. Enter the "Response Name" and "Response Description".
5. Click on "Create Response".
