Steps to Exclude a Third-Party Application:
Navigate to the "Missing Patches" section.
Select the third-party application you want to exclude from patch management.
Click on "Exclude."
In the exclusion window, under "Exclude Type," select "Asset" instead of "Patch."
Provide the required details:
Policy Name
Description
Reason for Exclusion
In the "For Days" field, enter "30" to ensure the exclusion remains permanent.
Apply the exclusion for the entire account or group or device.
