Overview: If an end-user or customer needs information about outdated applications, new assets installed, or blacklisted assets, we can suggest configuring Alerts from SanerNow.
Note: As a prerequisite, email settings should be configured in the Control Panel under the Settings option.
Resolution steps:
- Log in to the Saner console.
- Select the Control Panel settings icon.
- Click on Email and configure the email settings.
- Ensure the test mail connection successfully sends a test email to the configured end-user email address.
- Once the above steps are completed, click on the Alerts icon in the selected account or site.
- In the 'Asset Exposure' section, enable the 'Subscription Status' to 'ON,' update the condition with the required options, and enter the end-users' email addresses.
