Overview: If an end-user or customer needs information about outdated applications, new assets installed, or blacklisted assets, we can suggest configuring Alerts from SanerNow.

Note: As a prerequisite, email settings should be configured in the Control Panel under the Settings option.

Resolution steps:

  1. Log in to the Saner console.
  2. Select the Control Panel settings icon.
  3. Click on Email and configure the email settings.
  4. Ensure the test mail connection successfully sends a test email to the configured end-user email address.
  5. Once the above steps are completed, click on the Alerts icon in the selected account or site.
  6. In the 'Asset Exposure' section, enable the 'Subscription Status' to 'ON,' update the condition with the required options, and enter the end-users' email addresses.
