Updating License Count & Expiry Date at Organization Level (Cloud Accounts)

Overview

This article provides a step-by-step guide to update the total subscription count and the expiry date at the organization level for Cloud Account Holders via the Saner CVEM Console.

This guide is intended for Super Admins managing licenses for organizations within the Saner CVEM Cloud Console (saner.secpod.com or custom login URLs).

 

Prerequisites

  • Access to Super Admin credentials.
  • Valid login URL (e.g., https://saner.secpod.com)
  • Organization(s) already configured in the system.


Procedure


Step 1: Login to Saner CVEM Console


Log in to the Saner CVEM platform using your Super Admin credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Control Panel


Once logged in, click on the Control Panel from the top navigation bar.

 

 

 

Step 3: Access 'All Organizations'


On the left-hand panel of the dashboard, click on All Organizations to list all registered organizations.

 













Step 4: Hover to Reveal Edit Option


Hover over the desired organization name. You will see an Edit (✏️) icon appear on the right.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 




Step 5: Edit Subscription & Expiry Details


Click the Edit icon. A detail page for the organization will open.
 From here, you can:

  • Update the Total Subscription Count
  • Modify the Expiry Date

Once changes are made, click Update to save them.

 

 

Additional Notes

  • Changes take effect immediately and are visible under the organization’s summary.
  • Ensure that expiry dates are set accurately to avoid access disruption.
