How to delete inactive devices?

Follow the below steps to delete the inactive devices:

1. Open https://saner.secpod.com/ via any browser. Log in and select the account.
2. Click on Manage -> Devices from the Account where devices need to be deleted

3. Click on the "Deployment" button

4. Select the "UnDeploy Agent" checkbox

5. In the dropdown just below, select the "Delete Inactive Devices" option and select on "Delete all devices that are inactive since 30 days " button.

Note: By default, it is 30 days. Enter the no.of. Days according to your requirement.

6. Finally click on the 'Delete Inactive Devices' button.

This will remove those devices permanently from Viser.
