What happens if Saner Agent is offline or unable to communicate with the console?

If the Saner Agent loses connectivity with the console:

  • The agent continues to collect vulnerability and compliance data as soon as the agent is online.

  • Once reconnected, it automatically syncs results with the Saner web console.

  • Patch deployments or remediation actions scheduled during downtime will queue up and execute once the agent is online.

  • Admins can monitor agent status from the console to detect inactive or non-reporting devices.

This ensures resilience and data integrity, even in environments with intermittent connectivity.
