Q: How can I identify which device is acting as a Network Scanner in the SanerNow console?

A:
To identify a Network Scanner device:

  1. Navigate to the "All Devices" page from the left-hand menu.

  2. Look for a specific scanner icon (?) to the right of the Hostname column.

  3. If you see this icon next to a device’s hostname, it indicates that the device is configured as a Network Scanner.


Q: How can I identify which devices are being scanned by a Network Scanner?

A:
On the "All Devices" page:

  1. Look at the "Managed By" column.

  2. If the scanner icon (?) appears in this column next to a device, it means that the device is being scanned and managed by a Network Scanner.
