Open the Control Panel on the device.
Navigate to Agent Configuration.
2. Select the Account
In the Agent Configuration interface, select the appropriate account.
3. Create New Settings

4. Configure Remediation Settings
Go to the Remediate section.
Under Vendor Products Patch Server, configure as follows:
Vendor Products Patch Server: Default with Alternate/Secondary Microsoft Patch Server
Secondary Patch Server: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
When: Default Server Patch Search fails
