How to access the SanerNow Organization and Account level reports

    Overview:
    SanerNow facilitates to creation of custom reports to get complete visibility over the attack surface. These comprehensive reports will help the security teams to take preventive measures and plan for remediation. Here we will showcase how to view/create a Canned report or custom report for both Organization level and account level in SanerNow.

    Applicable platform:

    On-Cloud and On-Premise Deployment

    Organization report:
    The report provides a unified overview of all the deployment sites or accounts associated with the chosen organization. The administrator can use this report to generate or view the Patch Impact Report, Risk Assessment, and Risk Prioritization.

    Steps to use the organization-level APIs to create or view the reports.
    On the SanerNow home dashboard, Navigate and click on the Organization name so it takes you to the Organization Level Unified dashboard view section.


    Now you can access the Report view/creation page by clicking on the second icon on the left, which is associated with the Reports section.


    Account level report:
    This report provides each module's accounts-related reports, including the ability to create custom and view the canned reports.
    Steps to use the Account level APIs to create or view the reports.
    Go to the Home dashboard and Click on the Account name Ex: SecPod Implementation Setups.


    Now you can access the Report view/creation page by clicking on the second icon on the left, which is associated with the Reports section.



    Once the required custom reports are created, the User can either save the report or schedule the report backup to the end-user email id on a daily and Weekly basis.

    Note: We advise users to create the necessary report using the account-level report APIs when certain report APIs are not available at the Organization level.
